SPY Real Estate was founded in 2011 after founder Stuart Paul Young decided to resign from his role with one of Australia’s largest real estate brands after nearly 8 years.

Stuart always had ambitions to start his own real estate business and when preparation met opportunity Stuart made his move and embarked on establishing his own brand.

SPY Real Estate is a niche offering that focuses on quality service and results rather than the number of results, which goes against the traditions of the major brands that dominate the Australian real estate services industry which appear to focus on quantity rather than quality.

Stuart single handily completes the end-to-end operations of the business, which results in every client dealing directly with Stuart from start to finish, in fact, all clients to this day, tenants included have his direct mobile phone number reacting him any time.

Stuart's pursuit of excellence, high standards, refinement and the desire to always improve lead Stuart to embarked on higher qualifications beyond the Diploma of Property (real estate) he had obtained from Central TAFE in Perth Western Australia. Therefore, whilst running SPY Real Estate

Stuart completed and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with double majors in Property and Marketing from Curtin University in Perth Western Australia.
